How do I return an Aquapac?

You have the right to return your Aquapac for a refund (see here for more details). Or maybe you want to swap it for a different model. If so use this form to tell us what you'd like to do, and a member of our customer services team will swing into action!

NB: Please do NOT return it until you have been given an RMA number (return merchandise authorization) and instructions on how and where to return it.

We aim to reply to all enquiries within 24 hours - except at weekends when our office is closed. If you do get a reply over the weekend it means one of us was sad enough to put in some unpaid overtime!
